We never ask our customers to sign a contract – our good work is how we keep our customers. And, all cleanings are 100% guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any part of your cleaning, just call us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and make it right.
Yes, many of our cleaning products are green cleaning products. But, when our gentle green products are not enough to do the job, we will use non-green products. Please let us know if you would like us to limit our use to green products only.
Here’s what sets us apart for all the others:
- We are a woman-owned & operated small business. (We are a local small business, not a national franchise)
- We are 100% committed to our customers’ complete satisfaction. Our goal is to provide a valued service for a reasonable price.
- All of our employees go through a rigorous criminal background and reference checks, and a strict interview process prior to being hires. We don’t use contractors.
- All of our employees are insured and bonded.
Tip are not required, but our always appreciate by our technicians. There are are couple ways you can leave a tip for your technicians:
- You can give your cleaner a cash tip at the time of the cleaning
- You can add it to your credit card transaction by calling the office (we will make sure they get it on payday)
Pricing & Policies
At Legion of Clean we guarantee all of our work. If you are dissatisfied with anything we do, simply give us a call within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will come back and make it right. Please note, we aren't a restoration company but we will scrub and clean to the best of our ability.
We do not offer refunds on any cleanings. Our commitment is to do the job right the first time, or to provide a re-cleaning at no charge if we missed anything.
We offer monthly discounts to new customers. Occasionally, we also send out email blasts for discounted cleanings that are available to all customers new and existing.
All bookings with Legion of Clean require a credit card on file, no exceptions. If you prefer to pay by cash, your credit card on file will not be charged.
Our pricing is based on the square footage of your home (or the square footage of the part of your home we will be cleaning). The most accurate way to get a quote is to call our office at 360-344-8409.
If your discount code is not working, please call the office at 602-892-4752. We will ensure you get any available discounts.
When paying by credit card, your card is charged the day of your cleaning. (Note: The exception is if you purchased a gift certificate your card will be charged at the time of purchase)
Legion of Clean accepts VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER and CASH. Unless you make arrangements otherwise, payment is due at time of service.
Gift Certificates
You can redeem a gift certificate by simply scheduling your cleaning over the phone at 360-344-8409. (Don't forget to provide your gift certificate code)
Yes, we are willing to work with our clients to make sure that your certificates are used until the balance is depleted.
Due to the nature of gift certificates, we are unable to offer a refund. They are however transferable – anyone with the gift card code can redeem the gift card. So yes, you can re-gift them!
Nope, gift certificates in Washington State do not have expiration dates.
My Service
We will bring *mostly* everything needed to make your home sparkle, sanitized and shine! If you have special products you’d like us to use, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We ask that you have a vacuum, toilet brushes in each bathroom and a duster (like a swiffer or OXO brand off Amazon) so we help prevent cross contamination.
Legion of Clean is always willing to customize your cleaning to meet your unique needs and budget. Please note that some extras may require additional charges.

Quality – If you are not happy with your cleaning for any reason, please call the office within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will make arrangements to come back to make it right.
Breakage – Our technicians are extremely careful with our customer’s belongings. However, accidents can happen. When they do, our policy is to inform you immediately. We will pay up to $100 per breakage item, when the value is verified. Please move expensive figurines, art and glassware to a safe location when we are in your home to clean.
Easy, just tell us how the technicians can gain entry into your home when you make your booking. Most customers leave a key under the mat, in a lock box, or provide a code for the door so that we can get in and out of their home for the service when they are not home. Our teams are very trustworthy and will be sure to lock up afterwards.
Rescheduling/Cancelling/Skipping a Service: To reschedule your cleaning appointment please email us at [email protected] or call Legion of Clean at (360) 344-8409 during business hours (9:00a.m. – 4:00
p.m. excluding weekends).
One time cleanings: A 50% non-refundable deposit at time of scheduling to reserve your cleaning time slot. Fee is subtracted from service fee at time of service. Credit card required, no exceptions.
Late Reschedule/Cancellation/Skip 72 hour, Lock-Out Fees, Delay of Service:
If service appointment is rescheduled/canceled/skipped less than 72 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% or of your scheduled service cost will be charged or $80 (whichever is more).
If you are a Weekly client and would like to skip the week of your scheduled service, your next scheduled cleaning will be at the Bi-Weekly rate. And if you are a bi-weekly client your next cleaning will be charged at a monthly rate (every 4 weeks). Monthly (every 4 week) clients will be a 50% increase for your next cleaning. After that, your recurring services will go back to your original rate (depending on how many weeks you skip). We must adhere strictly to this policy to prevent lost wages for your Cleaning Professional(s).
72 hour or less Reschedule/Cancellation/Skip Or Lock-Out Fee: If you reschedule/cancel/skip 72 hours or less or if your Cleaning Professional is unable to enter the property the day of, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service cost. We must adhere strictly to this policy to prevent lost wages for your Cleaning Professional(s).
If you reschedule/cancel/skip more than 2 times in a year we will be forced to give your time slot to another client that is on our standby list. We do not offer a snowbird type cleaning as our staff depend on a year round career.
Delay in Access: If you insist on a specific time, please be advised that if our scheduling does have any down/wait time that we will try our best to work with you to meet your needs. We may need to charge you an additional fee to cover the time that employees are asked to wait before accessing your home or place of business.
50% of all cancellation fees go directly to the assigned Cleaning Professional(s).
Holidays: Starting January 1, 2022 if you would like to reschedule/cancel/skip your cleaning during a holiday week we will require a 2 week notice prior to your cleaning, if it is less than 2 weeks there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service cost will be charged.
If your cleaning is on a Monday, cancellations, skips or reschedules must be made prior to Wednesday by 12pm before your cleaning.
We provide house cleaning services inside your home. There are however some things that we don’t do.
- Wipe bulbs and glass fixtures
- Put away dishes
- Clean chandeliers
- Move or lift anything over 15 lbs
- Step higher than 2 steps on a step stool
- Clean bio-hazards (mold, blood, bodily fluids)
- Remove high levels of trash/debris (hoarding)
- Clean up animal waste
- Clean cat litter box
- Clean insects/rodents/rodent droppings
- Clean/Dust walls
- Clean hard to reach or high areas & tall ceiling fans
- Wash interior & exterior windows
- Clean garages
- Clean inside cabinets or drawers (except for move in/out cleanings)
We want to offer our clients a service that fits their situation. We have a flexible service option that will allow you to decide how much you would like us to clean. You can call the office and we can customize your cleaning and the price.
We will make every effort to send the same team every time for weekly & bi-weekly services. If one of our team members is sick, have an appointment or on vacation we will be sure to send a substitute team member so that you will receive continued service.
Every 4 Week-Monthly clients: we do not promise same time/same day and same technician. We do ask you to please be flexible when you are on the every 4 week/monthly service plan with us as we base the routing off location to save drive time for your technician.
Please be assured that all of our cleaners are well trained cleaning pros.
Trust & Safety
We do everything we can to ensure our employees are trustworthy and honest by thoroughly screening applicants and running national criminal background checks prior to hire. We will not hire anyone that has any criminal background. To be on the safe side though, we ask that you do your part by securing items of significant sentimental or monetary value prior to your scheduled cleaning. All of our cleaners are insured and bonded.

All of your billing information, including credit card information is kept safe and secure. When booking online, once the card information is entered, all number but the last four are blacked out and your credit card information is encrypted.
All cleaners are thoroughly screened and background checked prior to employment.
Yes. We carry general liabilities insurance and all of our cleaners are bonded. We take the security of your home very seriously and do everything we can to make sure we are all protected.
